The Q1327 is a heavy-duty horizontal pipe threading lathe featuring an 800mm swing over bed and a 280mm large spindle bore, with a pipe threading capacity up to 273mm in diameter. With a 1500/3000mm distance between centers, it handles long drill pipes, casing, tubing, thick-walled tubes and other pipe workpieces with ease.

The machine features an integral high-strength cast iron bed with ultrasonic frequency quenched guideways, a 4-step gear-driven spindle (20-420 rpm) and a 15 kW main motor, delivering strong cutting torque, rigidity and stability over the full machining length. The double-chuck configuration and taper guide bar device enable secure clamping of large-diameter pipes and accurate cutting of both cylindrical and taper threads, metric and inch.
